About Amazon Accelerate

Amazon Accelerate is Amazon's premier annual seller conference. At this year's Accelerate, you will:
    1. Hear directly from Amazon senior leaders about the new products, tools, and resources Amazon is launching to help you grow your business
    2. Learn from hundreds of Amazon subject matter experts in deep dive breakout sessions with live Q&A, and get your questions answered in one-on-one Seller Café appointments
    3. Connect directly with other sellers, learn from their success stories, and contribute your own unique perspective as part of a thriving community of sellers
    4. Participate in a personalized and immersive event experience, with a customized agenda based on your individual needs to Accelerate Your Selling Journey!

This year's conference will offer two great options for your Accelerate journey: attend in-person in Seattle (limited seats available to current Amazon sellers only), or attend virtually from anywhere.

All attendees can access the same impactful content from mainstage and breakout sessions, plus enjoy multiple opportunities to network with other attendees and third-party service providers. Regardless of whether you attend in-person or virtually, mainstage and breakout session content will be available on-demand so you can catch-up on anything you missed live. While both in-person and virtual attendees have a chance to interact in our breakout groups and networking huddles, those attending in-person will also benefit from face-to-face networking with other sellers and Amazon during fun social events including the Welcome Block Party in the Seattle Center on Day 1, and the closing reception on Day 2. Virtual attendance is open to current sellers and anyone interested in learning more about selling in Amazon's store; In-person attendance is reserved for current Amazon sellers.

Anyone interested in starting, scaling or growing their business on Amazon is invited to attend. Current active sellers may attend in-person.

Yes. As long as in-person tickets are still available you are welcome to switch your registration to join us in-person as a current Amazon seller.

Amazon Accelerate 2022 will be held live at the Seattle Convention Center and broadcasted virtually, Wednesday, September 14, 2022 - Thursday, September 15, 2022.

Amazon Accelerate Seller Café is an opportunity for you to connect 1-on-1, in-person at Amazon Accelerate with Amazon experts regarding specific questions or topics related directly to your business. Schedule a 30-minute appointment to meet with an Amazon subject matter expert onsite to discuss strategies to help improve and grow your business or get assistance resolving an issue. These sessions are a great way for you to connect with subject matter experts who are trained on specialized topics, including Advertising, Account Health Support, FBA, Global Selling, Deals & Promotions, and more! Meet with an expert that can provide guidance towards the relevant resources your business needs. If more attention to your question or issue is needed, the Amazon expert will follow up with other resources and work to provide resolution. As an added benefit, Seller Café will offer walk-up appointments, based on availability, for sellers who are not able to schedule a Seller Café appointment in advance.

Amazon Community Managers, the team behind Amazon's new Twitter handle @amznsellerhelp, will be live on the virtual platform during conference break and lunch periods to network with attendees via 1:1 text chat. Community Managers will connect with virtual attendees to discuss selling on Amazon, answer general selling questions, and provide guidance on where and how to get support for your business.

Yes. To attend Amazon Accelerate 2022 in-person you must be at least 18 years of age by September 14, 2022. There is no age requirement for virtual conference access.

Individual registration. In-person access for this two-day conference is $499 and reserved for current Amazon sellers. In-person access is first come, first serve until all seats are filled.

In-person group discounts available. There is a Buy 3, Get 1 Free group registration discount available during registration. If you plan to use this, please plan to register all 4 attendees in the same registration submission, so that the discount can automatically apply.

Free virtual access. All are welcome to attend virtually for free.

Yes. Regardless of whether you attend in-person or virtually, mainstage and breakout session content will be available on-demand so you can catch-up on anything you missed live.

Partner Connect Expo is a new program at Amazon Accelerate 2022, that will connect attendees with partner services offered by internal Amazon selling programs and external third-party service providers. Accelerate attendees will have a curated option to meet with recommended partners to expand their network, discover new resources, and learn about tools developed to enhance support of their business needs. Accelerate attendees seeking to learn more will have the option to join in-person and virtual product demonstrations, plus 1:1 meetings.

Yes. Please refer to your registration confirmation email to find a link to your receipt.

If you would like to make changes to your registration process, select ‘Modify Registration' in your registration confirmation email. You will need your email address and reference number to return to the registration process. If you need assistance, please contact the Amazon Accelerate Help Desk at helpdesk@amazonaccelerate.com.

Yes. If you would like to transfer your conference pass to a colleague, please contact the Amazon Accelerate Help Desk at helpdesk@amazonaccelerate.com with your confirmation code and your colleagues’ first name, last name, phone number, and email address.

If Amazon Accelerate 2022 receives your cancellation notice by July 31, 2022, you will be issued a full refund of your registration fees via the original payment method. If Amazon Accelerate 2022 receives your cancellation notice between August 1, 2022, and September 1, 2022, you will be issued a 50% refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.

If, due to COVID-19, government policies restrict your travel to the United States, you will be issued a full refund of your registration fees via the original payment method until September 1, 2022.

If Amazon Accelerate 2022 receives your cancellation notice after September 1, 2022, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Event registrations may be transferred to another participant upon approval by Amazon Accelerate 2022 at its sole discretion. To request a cancellation or transfer of your event registration, contact us at helpdesk@amazonaccelerate.com.

In-Person Conference

Yes. You will need your photo ID and confirmation message to pick up your onsite badge.

In-person perks include the opportunity to connect one-on-one with Amazon Subject Matter Experts for 30-minute pre-scheduled account appointments or onsite live support, quick connects in the Seller Café & Support, live mainstage sessions with senior Amazon leaders, major launch announcements, over 30 hours of deep-dive breakout sessions with live Q&A, virtual conference access, and an exclusive invite to the Amazon Accelerate 2022 Wednesday Evening Block Party!

During registration, you'll have the opportunity to let us know of any dietary restrictions that we should be aware of. This information will be passed to the appropriate parties who will do their best to accommodate your needs.

All badge holders must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and present a record of vaccination or negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result at onsite check-in to receive their Accelerate badges. Seller Café

Seller Café is an onsite program offered to registered, in-person attendees where sellers are able to meet 1-on-1 with a subject matter expert to discuss a current case and seek a resolution on an existing issue. If the subject matter expert is not able to help resolve the issue during your 30-minute appointment, that individual will continue to work towards a resolution after the event. Seller Café is also a great opportunity to learn more regarding a particular topic that is relevant to selling in Amazon's stores. Subject matter experts will be well versed and trained in topics such as Advertising, Account Health Support, FBA, Global Selling, and more, and can answer questions and help guide you towards available resources. Seller Café is just one component of Amazon Accelerate. You'll also have the ability to ask questions during live Q&A from the breakout sessions, network with other sellers, and learn about some of the latest tools and innovations to better connect you with customers and grow your business.

Seller Café is open to all registered in-person attendees. Appointment scheduling is now open to book an appointment with the subject matter topic of your choice. An email confirmation will be sent once your appointment is confirmed.

Seller Café is available for in-person attendees only. There will be specialists available with expertise in the Mechanics of Selling on Amazon that can provide resources. The U.S. Small Business Administration also has information on how to start a business. Visit the SBA website to learn more.

Yes, when making your appointment, you will have the opportunity to add any information regarding your open case. You are required to include your case number allowing the expert assigned to your appointment to have time to review your case and prepare a possible solution before meeting with you at Accelerate.

We are currently offering seating for one seller per appointment.

One appointment per registered, in-person seller attendee. This allows us to meet with as many in-person sellers as possible. Seller Café appointments are limited and offered on a first-come, first served basis.

Our Amazon experts will work hard on resolving your issue and answering your questions within your appointment time. However, some situations may require additional research. In these instances, the expert will collect all relevant information and will follow-up on your case post-conference.

No. There is no fee for a Seller Café appointment. Appointments are first-come, first-reserved basis and are expected to fill up. One appointment per registered, in-person seller attendee.

There will also be an opportunity to book a walk-up appointment onsite on a first-come, first-reserved basis. Appointments are limited.

Travel Information

We recommend booking flights into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) arriving on the afternoon of Tuesday, September 13, 2022 and departing any time after the Thursday Evening Cocktail Reception. Air travel will be at your own expense and booked on your own.

No. Airport transportation will not be provided by Amazon. Upon arrival we recommend taxi and rideshare options that are available to transport you to and from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).

Amazon Accelerate conference hotels are sold out. We have worked with our Seattle partners to secure discounted rates at hotels within a 1-mile radius of the Seattle Convention Center. If you still need a hotel room, please use the link below to book. We recommend arriving into Seattle, Washington any time on Tuesday, September 13 and departing any time after the Thursday, September 15 Evening Cocktail Reception which ends at 6:00 PM.
Please note, there will be shuttles arriving and departing from the following properties to take attendees to and from the Amazon Accelerate Block Party on September 14th!

    Upon your arrival at the hotel, you will be asked to provide an ID and credit or debit card for the cost of the room, tax, and incidental charges. Be advised debit cards will take longer for refunds or releases due to the banking process, therefore it is recommended to use a credit card as opposed to a debit card.

    No. There is not a deposit due to make a hotel reservation. During the registration process credit card information will be collected to guarantee your room. You will be charged (1) night of room and tax if you cancel your reservation after September 1, 2022. Upon your arrival at the hotel, you will be asked to provide an ID and credit or debit card for the cost of the room, tax, and incidental charges.
     

    Accessibility

    Yes. Assistance is available for attendees needing CART, and/or illustrative visual guides. These services are provided by request and must be scheduled in advance of Amazon Accelerate 2022. If you need to schedule any of these services, contact helpdesk@amazonaccelerate.com. Requests should be made by August 31, 2022.

    Assistive listening headsets are available in all theater-style session rooms, including mainstage and breakout sessions. Headsets do not need to be arranged in advance and should be picked up from the tech table at the back of the session room. Please return your headsets at the end of each session.

    Yes. Accessible transportation will be available at Amazon Accelerate 2022. More details will be added closer to the conference. Requests should be made by August 31, 2022.

    Service animals are welcome at Amazon Accelerate 2022. There are designated relief areas for service and support animals on the property. For guest hotel rooms, there are specific guidelines around service and support animals at each hotel property. Please connect directly with your hotel’s reservation desk or concierge for more information.

    Yes. The reflection rooms are designed to provide a quiet space for meditation, yoga, and prayer.

    Yes. Parent rooms are designed to provide a private, secure space for lactating attendees to express milk. The spaces are equipped with hand sanitizer, wipes, and comfy chairs.

    All-gender restrooms are available at the Seattle Convention Center.

    Yes. English captions will be provided for mainstage and breakout sessions.

    Yes. Any session that includes an instance of lights flashing more than three times in a one second period will include a warning.
